I have yet to experience staying at Molino however, I have had the exquisite pleasure and absolute luxury of eating meals prepared by Jonti. Her passion for cooking combined with her experience and expertise is perfectly reflected in her superb food. I have had chicken that melted like butter in my mouth, delicious fresh homemade pasta and a selection of desserts to 'live' for including a divine chocolate truffle mousse cake. Her Beef Wellington is a favourite and her veal rolled in fresh pesto is superb. If she ran a restaurant it would be fully booked every night.
